2018 CHHS Football Photo Sharing Website Sponsorship Opportunities
Dear Prospective Sponsor,
The Panthers of Chapel Hill High School in Douglasville, Georgia, are very excited about the start of the 2018 Football season! Chapel Hill Football is responsible for raising funds to help support and fund the entire football program. This includes raising money for uniforms, shoulder pads, practice equipment, video equipment and many other expenses. On an annual basis, we look to our community partners to support us in reaching our goals.
This letter is humbly written to request your company’s participation as an official 2018 sponsor for our photo-sharing website, www.chhsfootball.photos. Since 2014, www.chhsfootball.photos has been the official game day photo website for the Chapel Hill Football Panthers. To date, we have over 15,000 game day and scrimmage photos archived reflecting over 4 Million photo views since our launch. Local, state and national media outlets have and will continue to use our game day photos for sports articles, college recruitment and achievement honors featuring our players and coaches.
Therefore, www.chhsfootball.photos, would like to extend to your business an advertising opportunity that we feel is too good to pass up. We are offering your business a chance to be either a “homepage” or “game day photo gallery sponsor.”
Homepage Sponsor:
Sponsor’s business name will be branded onto the website’s homepage for 12 months and includes a clickable link to your business website. This will give your business a “first impression” on our website. In addition, the Home Page Sponsor receives their business’ name and website URL mentioned over the public address system at the start of every home game quarter, four tickets to all home games as well as four CHHS football caps and four t-shirts. (Price $4000)
Game Day Gallery Sponsor:
Sponsor’s business name and clickable website URL branded onto the sub-heading of one of the ten galleries of game day photos for the 2018 season. In addition, two CHHS Football caps and t-shirts as well as four tickets for admission to any single home game is included. (Price $600 per game or $500 per game without swag and game tickets)
